This villa has an unbeatable location of being within a 100 meters stroll to the famous Fig Tree Bay beach in central Protaras. The front of the property is gated and leads to a long drive way and the pool area. You can’t help but be impressed with crystal clear pool and the size of the outdoor area. Take your choice of relaxing on any of the 6 sunbeds, or wicker style lounge furniture. Enjoy eating al fresco, the food that you have prepared on the gas BBQ, at the large glass dining table with 6 chairs. Two parasols provide shade and the small tables mean you don’t have to stretch too far from the sunbed to enjoy your favourite drink. An outdoor shower completes the outdoor facilities.
Enter through the side of the property and into the air-conditioned open plan lounge/diner. Three sets of patio doors and two windows let in the glorious Cypriot sunshine, but circular patterned blinds are provided should some respite from the heat be required.
The dining area has a glass topped wooden dining table with 6 chairs, with a bright wall canvas and painting.
Moving into the lounge, a matching coffee table takes centre stage, while you relax on one of the two brown leather sofas (a three seater and two seater), or matching armchair. Entertain yourselves by accessing the WiFi, watching the flat screen TV, playing on the playstation 2 (please bring your own games) or watching DVDs (please bring your own) on the DVD player.
The kitchen is very modern with dark wood cabinets, white tops and silver appliances. It is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located on the first floor landing. A window above the sink, with a roll down blind, looks out to the side of the property. A large ground floor w/c with hand basin is an added convenience.
Stairs with handrail, pass a window and lead to the first floor where there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, and a family bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over bath, a mirror, glass shelf and shaving socket.
All bedrooms have beautiful bedding, fitted wardrobes, large dressing table with large mirror and bedside cabinets. All the windows have the same matching leaf designed blinds.
The master double bedroom has patio doors leading to its own balcony overlooking the pool. It also has its own ensuite shower room, with window, mirror and shaving socket. The other double and twin bedrooms share a balcony, which also overlooks the pool.
