Superbly located, this 4 bed villa is situated on the seafront close to the famous Blue Flag Beach called Fig Tree Bay in Protaras. This is the only villa we have with NO SWIMMING POOL but does have breathtaking views of the crystal clear coastline. From the extremely large garden area which is lawned, you will find plenty of space for soaking up the sun on the sun loungers provided. The large flag stoned patio has plenty of space for the outside dining furniture where you can sit and enjoy your meal cooked on the traditional bbq which is built in the perimeter of the property. The interior of the villa has contemporary modern furnishing with clean white leather sofas . A seperate relaxing Tv and living area is located on the second floor, lay back on the large white leather sofas and take in the wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea. The design of the exteriour gives a vibe of elegant Cypriot style, with wide open patio doors from floor to ceiling which open accross the front of the property, this certainly gives you the feeling of living inside but out. A fantastic way to live your holiday experience. The sleek marble floores and marble bathrooms have been designed with incredible taste, a place for relaxation and simply enjoying the sheer taste of what THIS VILLA has to offer.
The villa has air conditioning throughout (for heating or cooling) and a safe is provided for your valuables all included in the rental price.
