Air conditioning units are installed in each of the bedrooms, and the living/dining area (9 in total), which are included in the price. Central heating throughout enables this property to be enjoyed in comfort at all times of year.
Outside the 11 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool with both walk in Roman
steps and ladder access is surrounded by a substantial sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. The large barbecue area with built in barbecue and additional sink unit, features a large shaded seating area/terrace. Immediately surrounding the villa are carefully landscaped areas abundant with banana trees and colourful and fragrant flowers.
